Patrick acquired his love for all things food as a child by cooking with his grandmother and watching classic cooking shows, his favorites being Julia Child and The Frugal Gourmet. His culinary journey began at age 14 when a local restaurant in his hometown in Southern Indiana gave him his first job. While there, he deepened his curiosity for the craft and attended culinary school in Kentucky upon finishing high school. After graduating college he went on a journey of working and staging in kitchens throughout the US.
In addition to holding chef positions at restaurants across the country, Patrick has been a private chef in The Hamptons, a culinary adviser to restaurants and resorts, studied at smokehouses in Ireland and the Netherlands, and has been a guest chef at the famed James Beard House in NYC. He has also held multiple traveling chef positions performing over 150 pop up dinners in 42 states working with Michelin starred and James Beard Awarded chefs.
After a journey through twelve countries in 2016 studying food culture, he decided to set in motion the plans for a company that would allow him to continue to learn from others while still being able to cook for guests.
Patrick believes that sharing information and storytelling are both an important and powerful way to bring awareness from others that are striving to better the industry and food culture across the country.
