Trial By Fire is our intimate, multi-course dinner series where we explore the relationship between food and fire, through different live-fire cooking techniques and heat sources. Each evening unfolds slowly around flame, smoke, and heat—bringing guests together for a thoughtfully curated experience rooted in warmth, conversation, and craft. The menu is revealed at the dinner to preserve a sense of discovery, and the night includes a social hour with hors d’oeuvres, a seated multi-course meal, and complimentary beverages.

The Creek Dinner Series
September 18th + 19th, 2026
The Creek Dinners are unique, local chef inspired 4-course prix fixe menus, perfectly paired with wine produced by Farmstead Cellar…all while sitting in the creek and under the lights on the Harpeth River. Live music, a cocktail hour, local artisan demonstrations and a bon fire in cooler months are all part of these one of a kind evenings.
